The topical workshop will give an overview of the hot topics in flavour physics, both in theory and experiment. It will open the four-week programme "Indirect Searches for New Physics in the LHC and Flavour Precision Era”, which will follow Flavour 2015. The workshop will address the general themes
including CP violation, flavour violation and rare decays in the quark and lepton sectors.
